If you follow these instructions and still see the same page with an 'invalid login' message, it likely means that pop-ups are blocked for MyVUU. Please enable pop-ups for MyVUU, and the screen shown in Step 3 should then appear.
Step 1: Click the following link: Forgot my password
Step 2: Enter the characters in the picture or the words in the audio and click Next.
Step 3: Select I forgot my password.
Step 4: Choose the contact method for verification.
Step 5: Enter the verification code.
Step 6: Enter your new password in the new password and Confirm new password fields.
Step 7: Select Finish.
