How to check Voicemail

Checking voicemail on Vonage handset:

Step 1: Call Voicemail.

Step 2: From your Vonage phone, dial * 1 2 3.

Step 3: From any other phone, dial your Vonage phone number and press * when Voicemail answers.

Step 4: Enter your password/PIN.

Step 5: Press 1 to listen to your messages.

Step 6: Listen to message and press 3 to delete. If a message is not deleted, it is saved for 30 days.

Checking voicemail on Vonage Business Mobile App:

Step 1: Sign in to your Vonage Business Mobile App.

Step 2: Tap the Voicemail icon.

Step 3: Tap on a message for options to Play or Delete.
