Set up Voicemail

Step 1: Call Voicemail from your Vonage phone or any other phone

Step 2: From your Vonage home phone, dial * 1 2 3.

Step 3: From any other phone, dial your Vonage phone number and press the * (asterisk) when Voicemail answers.

Step 4: Enter 1 2 3 4 when prompted for the Voicemail Password/PIN.

If your preferred language is set to Spanish, all prompts are in Spanish. See Use Voicemail Language Preferences for details.

Step 5: Follow prompts to enter your new Password/PIN. Password/PIN must be 4 to 15 digits.

Step 6: Follow the prompts to record your name announcement and personal greeting.
