How to contact Jenzabar support
All staff members who use J1 are asked to create a MyJenzabar (myJ) account. This will enable you to create support tickets within the Jenzabar Support Portal and access training courses in the Jenzabar Learning Portal.

myJenzabar.net (myJ) is the collection point for all the various resources available, such as Jenzabar Academy (learning portal) and Customer Support. You can create your myJ account

Support Portal
Jenzabar support is available to all J1 users with a myJ Account. This enables you to create support tickets directly with Jenzabar to resolve issues/errors faster. The support portal can be accessed here:
