Set up MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
Step 1: Download and Install the Microsoft Authenticator App For iPhone (iOS): Open the App Store on your iPhone. Search for Microsoft Authenticator. Tap Get to download and install the app. For Android: Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone. Search for Microsoft Authenticator. Tap Install to download and install the app. Step 2: Open the Microsoft Authenticator App Once installed, open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone. Step 3: Add Your Account You need to add your Microsoft account to the app to set up two-factor authentication. Choose Account Type: You’ll be asked to select the type of account you’re setting up: Select Work or School Account Sign In to Your Microsoft Account: Sign in using your Microsoft account (email and password). After signing in, click Go to Settings you’ll be prompted to use the Microsoft Authenticator for push notifications. You will then follow the instructions to enable the push notifications Once you allow the push notifications, click Try Again. Once refreshed, your page will have verified the account Then press Continue. Step 4: Enable Two-Factor Authentication Now, enable two-factor authentication for your account: Sign into the Microsoft 365 portal (office.com). Select Security Info. Microsoft Authenticator will be added into your sign-in method. Step 5: Verify Setup To test the setup, sign out of your Microsoft account and sign back in. When prompted for your second factor, open the Authenticator app and approve the login request or enter the code displayed in the app.

Set up Outlook Signature
Step 1: On the View tab, select View Settings Step 2: Select Accounts > Signatures. Step 3: Select New Signature, then give it a distinct name. Step 4: In the editing box below the new name, type your signature, then format it with the font, color, and styles to get the appearance you want. Step 5: Select Save when you're done. Step 6: With your new signature selected from the list above the editing box, go to Select default signatures and choose whether to apply the signature to new messages and to replies and forwards. Step 7: Select Save again.

How to upload profile picture
Step 1: Use a desired photo, ensuring it is smaller than 4 MB and in either .png, .jpg, or .gif format. Step 2: Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your work or school account at Microsoft365.com. Step 3: Select the circle in the upper right hand corner of the page that shows your initials or an icon of a person. Step 4: In the My accounts pane, select the circle that shows your initials or an icon of a person. Change your photo in the pop-up that appears.

How to setup print release
Step 1: Go to any copier on campus and scan your ID card Step 2: If your card is not already linked to your account, you will see the following prompt “Unknown card. To associate this card with your account, enter your username and password, then swipe the card.” Step 3: Tap the Username box and an on-screen keyboard will appear. Enter your username (without @vuu.edu). If your full email address is entered, your card will not register. Step 4: Tap the Password box and enter your current VUU password. Step 5: Tap the Log in Button. Step 6: You should now see a screen confirming that your card has been associated with your user account. Tap OK to complete registration. Step 7: test your ID card by swiping it on the card reader. You should be automatically logged in.
