Change Outlook Rules

1. Log in to the Outlook web interface at
2. Select the "Settings Gear"
3. Select "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom
4. Remove any "Rules" that have been configured.
5. Verify that "Forwarding" is disabled (Unchecked)
